Lower-right corner of ThunderClan camp, talk to Spottedleaf/Yellowfang/Cinderpelt at entrance to the path of stumps and say yes to when she asks if you want to buy herbs. (Only exception is the period where there is no ThunderClan medicine cat)
SkyClan Medicine Cat/Medicine Cat Den
Left of centre in the SkyClan camp at the mouth of a cave, talk to Sandstorm/Echosong and say yes when she asks if you want to buy herbs. (Only available after a certain point)
Moonstone
In the northwest section of the Moonstone is a gem. The gem will allow the player to select the option for buying herbs. (Only available after a certain point)
New Prophecy
ThunderClan Medicine Cat/Medicine Cat Den
The Forest
Lower-right corner of ThunderClan camp, walk through the path of logs and into the den. Talk to Cinderpelt at the top of the den and say yes when she asks if you want to buy herbs.
The Lake
Lower-right corner of ThunderClan camp, walk through the path of logs into the den. Talk to Cinderpelt/-pool and say yes when she asks if you want to buy herbs.
Journey to and from the Sun-Drown-Place
Switch Spots
On the journey to and from the Sun-Drown-Place, there will be 'Switch Spots' at different points along the way. There will be a flower or stump surrounded by water. Go to the flower or stump and select the option for buying herbs.
Tribe of Rushing Water
On the journey back from the Sun-Drown-Place, you encounter the Tribe of Rushing Water in the mountains. In the middle of their cave is a stone. Go to it and select the option for buying herbs.
Moonpool
Just in front of the Moonpool is a flower. Go to the flower and select the option for buying items.
